Windows 10: Windows Server 2022 Metered Connection

Hello,I've recently done a fresh install of a domain controller, but I'm running into an issue with Metered Connections.I have no use for it, there is no data limit. However removing and/or disabling it seems downright impossible. The DC only has a LAN interface, no WLAN, no cellular data options or anything like it. Just a plain old simple server. For some reason it's applied Metered Connection without my thoughts on the matter, and despite having set the Metered Connection to disabled, it still won't allow for ANY local network traffic. Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 21H2 thinks that I'm on a metered connection

Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 21H2 thinks that I'm on a metered connection, but I'm not. I've tried flipping the "metered connection" switch on and off again, but it doesn't change. Could this be because I'm on a VLAN? How do I get my server to treat the connection as a non-metered connection?

Since you're using a SIM to be able to use the internet, Windows 10 automatically set your connection as metered if your Internet service provider limits the data you can use.

You can turn the Set as metered connection option to OFF by following these steps:

• Click the Internet access icon from the Taskbar.
  
• Click the network where you are connected, then click Properties.
  
• Locate and toggle the Set as metered connection to OFF.
