Windows 10: Windows settings and notification center acting extremely buggy

Hi, after joining Windows Insider Program and installing the update 10.0.22623.1037 ni_release I have multiple issues.My settings app is not showing properly and the various paths have wrong names and order. Also I'm unable to open notification center anymore.

Stop action center notifications in Windows 10

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

notification center taskbar icon a little buggy?

I have upgraded to windows 10 on 2 exact same machines and notice that the taskbar notification center icon is a bit buggy. sometimes you have to click it in the right spot away from the rollover message. Anyone else have an issue with that?

For us to properly address your question, we would like to verify if we got your concern right. Are you trying to terminate the notification right away or let it stay visible for a few more seconds?

To change or adjust the time span of the notification, follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Ease of Access.
• Click Other options.
• In the right pane, look for Show notifications for, and adjust the duration.
