Windows 10: Windows Settings App gone! ms-settings:, along with Task Bar, Windows Key Start and other...

Hello, i've logged onto my laptop few weeks to find my Taskbar and Start button completely unresponsive. I can’t use them to open any applications.The only shortcut that seems to work is the Run one Win + R, the others, as Win + I or Win + X or any other else doesn't seem to work,I found out that the Settings App has failed instalation, i don't know why this happened, maybe some update has bugged..? I've updated my laptop to try to solve this problem, but it still persists."ms-settings:Install Failed. Please contact your software vendor."I’ve also attempted to open Settings through cmd with

Windows 10 problem - Start menu not working and items in task bar gone

I am not able to use my search bar. I click on the search bar and nothing happens. The same with the start menu icon and the
Windows Key, when I click on the start icon nothing happens not even an error message shows up. I looked on the website you said I should check and by clicking
Windows Key + R Key to open the run bar and I enter in “ms-settings:” I get an error.

ms-settings:

File system error (-2018375670)

By using Windows Key + R Key and entering “netplwiz” I got to add a new user on my computer. But still the icons on my task bar is gone and the Start menu does not work.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step1: End Task the Windows Explorer.

• 
  Open task manager (CRTL+SHIFT+ESC)
  
• 
  Right-click on windows explorer
  
• 
  End task (Note: don’t close Task manager)
  
• 
  Click on File > Run new task
  
• 
  Type explorer.exe and press enter
  
• 
  Your search bar should be functional again.
  

Step 2: If Start button is not working then I suggest you to check for the latest updates.

• 
  Press Windows logo key +R, enter
  MS-settings: and then press OK. This opens Settings.
  
• 
  In Settings, go to Update & security >
  Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
  

Step 3: Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. Press Ctrl + Alt+ Delete and select
Sign out. Once you’ve signed out, sign back in to your account.

Task Bar Icons missing and cannot launch ms-settings on Windows 11

I started my system today and the icons on my task bar were all missing. The rounded conner of windows are now disabled, too. Besides, I can neither launch settings. I tried launching ms-settings: from win+R and got file system error(-2018374635)

Tried:

• restore my system
  
• solution from this post: (FIX INCLUDED) No Icons on Task Bar on Windows 11
  
• solution from this post: File System Error (-2018374635) happens when i try to open ms-settings: threw Win+R.
  

None of the above worked form my problem.

Can I get some help?
