  1. Windows settings, search and MS Edge fail to open by domain user

    Hi all,

I am assisting a school to upgrade their computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The computers are supervised by Windows Server 2012 R2.

Most of the computers run good but some of them their Windows Settings App, Search and MS Edgeand also IE are failed to open and no error log comes out when logon by a domain user account. However, they all work normally when logon by a domain administrator account and local administrator account.

Computers are using Version 1909 OS Build 18363.752, updated in mid-April.

The server is using Version 6.3 Build 9600, updated in 21 Sept 2019.

I have run sfc /scannow and the problems remain without showing any log.

Shall there be any settings I could do on either computers' side or server's side?

    Thank you very much.

    :)
