Windows 10: Windows Setup briefly appear whenever windows explorer restart

Whenever windows explorer restart crash or manual reboot the windows setup window briefly appearBy windows setup i mean the thing that appear just after you install window, like setting up onedrive and thingsi installed windows on this pc 2 weeks ago so its' starting to get worryingReinstalling windows is NOT an option, i spent the last two weeks re setting up everything i had on my old pc and i am quite annoyedThe setup appearing isn't really a big deal but if i could get rid of it it would be nice

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
