    If you are trying to download windows 10 and you get an error code 0x8009000F-0x90002
    go to microsoft downloads and download Direct X this should fix the problem thats how I fixed mine.

    Dear Microsoft Tech Support Team,

    I have purchased and installed MS tools 2016 successfully.

    But when I was trying to install Windows 10, it failed with the error code 0x8009000F-0x90002

    I have tried to install again for at least six times, but I keep getting the same error.

    Kindly advise step-by-step what to do.

    For your information, the current Windows that I am using is 8.2
