    Windows Setup fails to start


    Hello!I'm hoping to get some guidance in trying to install a recent version of Windows onto a PC. Currently, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Rather than attempting an in-place upgrade, I've bought a new drive, and am attempting to do a clean install onto the drive, eventually copying over data files once the OS is in place. Target is to install Windows 11 if possible, 10 if necessary. Since both installers fail the same way, I'm reasoning that finding the cause of one could work for the other.When boot the system to an install disk for either Windows 10 64 bit, or Windows 11, the inst
