Windows 10: Windows setup loop

    guys i resetted my pc couple days ago i clicked on factory settings reset and the on delete all my files once my pc was ready my D drive was full!

    and then i contacted the support bec i had not installed that much apps, my space left was lower than before i resetted so the support told my that i should perform a clean installation of windows , so ive done everything but then it says the pc should restart and i restarted it but it keeps doing the same things, so please dont laugh at me iam a biggener and i am dumb i deleted the Drive c idk why i thought this could help, i dont actually know which drive it was but windows was apperantly installed on it bec it was large and then i tried the windows setup again but i still in a pool please help iam losing my marbels !

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Hi,

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided in the following article and check if it helps.

    I suggest you to follow the steps recommended by Andre Da Costa on August 5, 2015
    on similar issue from below link and check if it resolves the issue.
