    I just did an in-place upgrade install of Windows 11 Pro on my Dell Dimension XPS-8940 Intel i9 11th gen processor, 64GB memory. Not only did none of my problems get solved, but now when I boot up I get a message from Windows Security that not only is Windows Defender running, but that I am also using another anti-virus program as well. I do not have any other anti-virus program installed. When I open settings and go to Privacy and Security and click on open Windows Security, it will not open. The Virus and threat protection icon does not have a green check mark like the other areas, which see

    Thank you for the information.

    We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

    • Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
    • Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
    • Click Run the troubleshooter.
    We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

    For us to properly isolate the issue with your Windows Hello, we would like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
