    Windows seven won’t boot after trying to install Xerox printer disc


    I tried to install Xerox scan to desktop and computer froze, I cancelled installation and now it won’t boot, what do I do?

    Trying to install win seven on Raptor X

    Right guys, for what ever reason windows seven installation does not recognise the WD drive ( how ever bios and windows recognise that a drive is there)

    What's up and how do I fix it?

    I've been to the WD site and they seem to not have drivers for their HDDs.



    Edit: The drivers on my Asus disc didn't work, any more suggestions?

    Windows 95 Disc Won't Boot

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to install Windows 95 on to an old computer. The computer had Windows 2000 Professional on it already, but that's been removed and Ubuntu is now on there.

    Before installing Ubuntu, I tried to boot from the Windows 95 disc but nothing happend. I thought maybe it was because it didn't want to change to an older version, so installed Ubuntu but still no luck. And by the way, yes, it is set to boot from the CD Drive first in the BIOS!

    The disc is fine, I'm sure. I've put the 95 disc in to my PC (See system specs and sig) just to check the disc works, and it's fine. No scratches or anything.

    Is the old PC too new for Windows 95?!

    All I know is it has a Pentium II CPU @ 400mhz

    Xerox N24 Docuprint Printer does not install on windows 10

    Here's what happens:

    -Search for printers and select 'The printer that I want isn't listed' option

    -Select 'My printer is a little older. Help me find it.' option in pop-up window

    -Select the Xerox N24 Docuprint printer from search pane

    -Correct driver isn't listed in the normal driver files, select the 'Have Disk...' option and search driver files

    downloaded from Xerox site    , select the Xerox N24 Docuprint driver

    -Give printer a name and press next

    -It says its installing printer

    -The name printer screen appears again

    The last three steps keep looping, and I can't seem to figure out how to get it finalized. The drivers I have downloaded from Xerox were for windows 7, but the company has said

    that those files will work with Windows 10    , and that the issue is that Windows 10 requires a digitally signed driver. The N24 Docuprint drivers are indeed old enough that they do not have a digital signature with them.

    Does anyone have a solution to this?
