Today I boot'ed up my pc only to find out how weird it is. I lost access to some features, internet doesn't work(not even local access to router), anti-virus doesn't open, firewall is off and can't turn on... Probably many other stuff also isn't working(yet to find out)

Everytime I start Windows it boots up uTorrent despite disabling autorun at startup.

Next a regedit admin permission appears. It seems to be disabling my task manager but I've reversed the value and regained access to it.

My account has admin rights and I've also tried to use the actual Administrator account on Windows(similar to root on Linux)

Seems like I got a virus yesterday??.? I downloaded some torrents and installed new apps. Worst thing is I can't run a scan since comodo anti-virus doesn't work and neither Windows defender turns on

EDIT: I have no option to keep my files when running Windows 10 setup.exe I can only do a fresh install and lose everything. Sure I can still manually backup my stuff.

Windows 10 comes with in-built Anti-Virus program Windows Defender.

It depends on your own preferences if you would want to use another Anti-Virus program.
