Discus and support windows shut down issue. in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; whenever i'm connecting the charger to my laptop, a cmd prompt window with system32 pop up and my laptop automatically shut down. the laptop is working...     windows shut down issue.


    whenever i'm connecting the charger to my laptop, a cmd prompt window with system32 pop up and my laptop automatically shut down. the laptop is working fine if i open ubuntu and connect the charger. i don't know what is happening. it's not the issue with the charger since its working fine with ubuntu. maybe is there any software issue here??? please help me.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
