Windows 10: Windows shutdown pop up reminder

I have maybe 50 users who are always around 20+ days of computer uptime. Although I have automated pop-up reminders that your computer has been online for 10, 14, and 18 days, they still don't reboot. For security reasons, we would like users to reboot to take updates, and clear apps that hog mem/cpu. Since implementing the below msg.exe, our tickets have reduced tremendously!C:\Windows\System32\msg.exe * "Your computer's uptime is more than 18 days! Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

Apologies for the late reply.



Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.

Reminder/Alert/Pop-up window everytime I click Shutdown/Sleep button

Hello Community,

I would like to set-up an Alert/Reminder or Pop-up window that Windows shows me everytime I press the Shutdown/sleep button, reminding me of a task I have to complete (just text message) and giving me the option to proceed with Shutdown/sleep or abort and
do the task.

Is this possible to have?
