    Windows Shutdown Problem

    Dear All
I'm getting following error on every time when I try to shut down my laptop
"The instruction at 0x00007FFD62326E39 referenced memory 0x00007FFD3C224B38. The memory could not be read. "
Please give me some good solutions to solve this problem.
    Thanks

    :)

  2. Windows 10 can't shutdown because of task host manager

I have upgraded my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 recently. But, there's a problem occurred which is the shutdown problem. When I want to shutdown the laptop, in the shutdown page will prompt me that the task host manager is running. It will go back to the Desktop
after few minutes ago or won't shutdown unless I click the "Shutdown Anyway".

Will this bring a big problem to my computer and is there any solution that could solve this?

This error can be caused by bad memory RAM, old outdated drivers, buggy software and hardware conflicts.
Recently install anything, software, drivers ? After this message does it state to click O.K. to terminate a program ?

Try a clean boot to see if it persists, to eliminate a software issue.

Also try option #3 here https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2...dows-10-a.html

May need to run a memory diagnostics test to check RAM.
