Windows 10: Windows shutdown randomly

Discus and support Windows shutdown randomly in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Mine is Windows 10, Core i5 7th gen and Gtb1030.     Windows shutdown randomly


    Mine is Windows 10, Core i5 7th gen and Gtb1030. At first, I open a game from external Harddisk and it opens normally and then Windows shut down and PC power turn off. I worried and remove the external Harddisk and restart the PC. Now it says press any key to check disk and I skip that proces. Then window starts and I found out start menu doesn't work and says sign out, sign in. I sign out but it doesn't work and Pc shut down automatically again. The process are repeat again and again. So, please help me. Should I do check disk? And what should I do.

    Shutdown problem on my Windows 10 laptop.

    We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issues with the shutdown function of your laptop:

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search bar beside the Windows icon.
    • Select Troubleshooting from the results.
    • Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.
    • Choose Troubleshoot as an Administrator.
