Windows 10: Windows sign in loop

My laptop is stuck on a sign in loop. As soon as I click sign in, it loops back to the sign screen. I've used win+R, netplwiz, and unchecked the checkbox. I've disabled all sign in options I could find in the settings. Don't know if this might help but I can break the loop if I mash keys as soon as I click sign in, though it only lasts for a while before the sign in screen re appears.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
