Windows 10: Windows Sign in Loop

So I changed the pin on my Desktop but apparently, I missed a key or something and locked myself out. No big deal I just reinstall windows 10 and be done with it. The reinstall works up until I restart the computer then when I go to log in I press a key and then it just says signing in. After a few minutes, it just goes back to the clock screen. The few minutes that I was in the computer after the first install I wasn't able to sign to sync Microsoft edge it just gave me a error message, it wasn't up long enough for me to see. I've reisntalled twice and reset once I have no clue what to do any

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
