Windows 10: Windows Sign-In Trouble

I recently have had trouble signing into my Microsoft account on my Surface Pro 4. Whenever I would try to sign into my Microsoft account, it would say error and when I try to sync up my device, it would say that that some of my features are hidden by my organization, although I don't have organization owning my device or anything like that. I've tried the Group Policy Editor but it still didn't work. Pls help

Trouble signing rotateme

im on another symbian forum and they have just put a list of apps that can/cannot be signed with open signed...unfortunately rotateme is on the cannot list...i suggest you get rocknscroll app,which can be signed...this kinda has rotateme built into it...actually
its an awesome app,i love it

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
