Windows 10: Windows Sleep Mode Being Blocked by Second explorer.exe and more

As the title states, I'm having a problem getting my sleep mode to work properly. This has been happening for 3-4 days now.When I reboot my PC and log into Windows 10 Pro, after 1-2 minutes a second explorer.exe shows up in Task Manager. After that explorer shows up, sleep stops working> If I start > power > sleep the monitor turns off, but the computer doesn't sleep and the pc doesn't lock. Keyboard/mouse interact turns the monitor on and I pop back into windows.when using the powercfg -requests command in cmd admin I get: Before the second explorer.exe shows up, they're not ther

Smartscreen blocking an EXE

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Do you get any option to save password?
• Which application are you referring to?

Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Right click on the shortcut or in File explorer and select Run as administrator check if that helps.
• Also observe when you type password do you get a prompt for saving password just above Taskbar.
