Windows 10: Windows sleep not working

I'm on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, everything updated and am having problems putting my PC to sleep when playing videos. I like to sleep with either music or a show playing and want it to go to sleep after about an hour, but if I'm playing a movie on Windows Media Player or music on shuffle in iTunes, it will not go to sleep. If I'm streaming from a website Spectrum TV or don't have any media programs open, it will go to sleep as it should.I tried going into Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > Multimedia Settings > When Sha

Windows 10 - Sleep Works But Only if 5 Minutes or Less

I've never seen at least one them not be successful.

I had suggested first to set Display at 0, Sleep at 1 minute and Hibernate at 2 minutes and then after each step sit back to observe. I have rarely had to work all the way through the list.

Absolute thoroughness is required when troubleshooting Sleep, skipping nothing and asking back if you need any help to complete a step. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step, so please do not skip any. If you need help performing any step
