Windows 10: windows slow and keyboard not working

so my computer is realy slow for no reason and when i connect a keyboard there is a chance it will simpily not work. i have to constantly reconnect it until it works and sometimes it even switches language for no reason to afrikan and keeps holding shift control alt and capslock. it also takes 15 minutes to get past the welcome screen and another 15 to open a program its a pain in the **** to work with.

and i already work with it for a year but now i realize when looking at other devices its unbelevebly slow and i think its not even using all of its ram can someone help me please
