Windows 10: Windows slow/stuttering after update

Recently updated Windows and after the update the computer feels much slower. Opening explorer, settings and other small apps feels slow or "stuttering". Like the computer needs to "wake-up" to get things started. Same with games, games that ran without problems before the update seems to be more "blurry" in fast moving games and even stuttering at times. In Overwatch the game goes for a few milliseconds from 300 to 120fps. In The Disivision 2 the image is much more "blurry" when moving around. Windows power plan is set to performance, checked that monitor is set to 144hz, G-Sync activated and suck.

Anyone else having similar issues after the latest update? I've even clean reinstalled Windows twice.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
