Windows 10: Windows Smartscreen down?

Discus and support Windows Smartscreen down? in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I'm getting the Windows Smartscreen can't be reached right now where as I have a normal internet connection.     I'm getting the Windows Smartscreen can't be reached right now where as I have a normal internet connection. Could MS servers be down? Can anyone check on their end? Thanks. *Smile
