Windows 10: windows sniping too wont show me the record option

Discus and support windows sniping too wont show me the record option in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I need to record my screen from snip and sketch but when i do it doesnt show me the record option i tried uninsalling it and i updated my computer but...     I need to record my screen from snip and sketch but when i do it doesnt show me the record option i tried uninsalling it and i updated my computer but it stilll wont show
