Windows 10: Windows sound and mouse problem? i guess

Hi!So i have been experiencing the weirdest problem everEverytime i turn on my pc it turns on normally, goes on desktop as it should but when i start to move my mouse its like teleporting like its not moving smoothly but like if i move it in astraight line its like jumping you know what i mean, but thats not the only problem, at the same time my sound work in a way so whatever i listen to every few seconds the thing im listening to it makes a robotic like cranking sound , like for a few second its normal and then the sound like makes a robotic sound/cranking sound whatever.But here is the thin
