Windows 10: Windows Speech Recognition; how do I capitalize?

Using Windows speech recognition, I find that many of the commands simply do not work. It recognizes the commands perfectly but spells them out instead of executing them. This includes "caps", "select", "capitalize that", etc. These problems have been reported repeatedly since 2011 with all tickets closed without any resolution. I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

The command to capitalize the first letter of a word is: Caps word. If voice recognition is having a hard time understanding your command, we suggest that you
train your PC. You can do that by following these steps:

• 
  Press the Start button.

  Type and select Windows Speech Recognition.

Try the following steps to uncheck the Run Speech Recognition at startup option from the Speech Recognition:

• Type Speech Recognition in the search bar and select the Speech Recognition from the list.
• Click on the Advanced speech options from the left pane.
• Uncheck mark on Run Speech Recognition at startup.
• Click on Apply and Ok.
