Windows 10: Windows spotlight desktop icon is missing

I have latest build of windows 11 22H2 version.few months ago, when the windows spotlight for desktop was introduced, it had few glitches. one of them was where i had the option to delete the desktop icon saying "learn more about this picture" it was a temporary bug in explorer where it gave me the option to delete it.i by mistake deleted it and its gone forever now. i reinstalled spotlight using PowerShell, but still doesn't work. Even tried registry but nope...Can anyone tell me if i would have to reinstall whole Windows for just a small desktop spotlight icon or is there any other way?

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.
