Windows 10: Windows Spotlight will not stay enabled as of a few weeks ago in Windows 11

This started about 2 weeks ago. I clicked on 'not a fan' of a photo one morning and since then, Windows Spotlight will not stay enabled when I go to Personalization it's always on Picture even though I change it to Windows Spotlight frequently. What I've tried:1 Changing Personalization of the Lock Screen to Spotlight > Picture > back again and restarting.2 Re-registering Spotlight:Open PowerShell as administrator and enter the following command: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Reg

Windows Spotlight on the lock screen

• Right-click on the desktop and open Personalize.
• Open Lock Screen tab.
• Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to a Picture or the Slideshow.
• Click OK and close the Window.
• Now Log off and log in.
• Navigate to Lock screen and enable Windows Spotlight again.
