Windows 10: "Windows Spotlight" won't appear as an option for Lock Screen background in Windows 10

I am using Windows 10 Education version. I don't know if this disables the Windows Spotlight option for my lock screen, or if there is something else I must do to enable this feature.

• Right-click on the desktop and open Personalize.
• Open Lock Screen tab.
• Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to a Picture or the Slideshow.
• Click OK and close the Window.
• Now Log off and log in.
• Navigate to Lock screen and enable Windows Spotlight again.
