  1. Windows start menu and settings freak out when I try to connect my controller via Bluetooth

So this is probably the strangest issue I have ever seen on Windows 10. Any time I try to Connect my PS4 controller to Windows 10 via Bluetooth, the start menu and settings do start, what I can only describe as, "freaking out". The settings menus start glitching out and seemingly behaving on their own, switching between random menus and spazzing out, the start menu and search bar close immediately after I open them, until eventually Bluetooth just turns itself off. I have no idea what could be causing this, since it's completely fine when I try to connect my Bluetooth earbuds. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this and how I can fix it?

My WMR Controllers not even appearing within the Bluetooth connect menu.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    1. What is the version of Windows 10 you are using? You can refer this article to
Check for operating system information in Windows 10.
    2. May I know the make and model of your PC?
    3. Are you aware of any changes made on the computer prior to this issue?
    4. Ask for the make and model of the mixed reality device.

Try powering the console off and remove all the cables including the power cable, also remove any wired controllers or other devices that may be connected to the usb ports, press the power button on the console several times, reconnect the cables and
    give it another try.

Method 1: Check with motion controllers in Windows Mixed Reality.

    1. Open Settings, and click the Devices icon.
    2. Click on Bluetooth & other devices on the left side, and
      turn on Bluetooth
      .
    3. Insert 2 AA batteries into the motion controller. Don’t put the battery cover back on yet, though.
    4. Back in Settings on your PC, click on
      Add Bluetooth or other device.
    5. Click/tap on Bluetooth.
    6. Press and hold the Windows button on the motion controller for 2 seconds to turn it on. It will buzz when it turns on.
    7. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the motion controller until the controller lights start flashing, and release the Bluetooth pairing button.
    8. When the motion controller appears in "Add a device" on the PC, click/tap on it to pair and connect.
    9. Click on Done when the motion controller is ready to go.
    10. You will now see the motion controller appear in the Bluetooth settings under
the Mouse, keyboard, & pen category as Connected.
    11. Reattach the battery cover on the motion controller.
    12. Repeat the same steps for the second monitor controller

I also suggest you to refer this article on

, and check if that helps.

Please reply for all the required information to help you further.

    Regards,
