Hey there Im on a brand new rig i built about 3 weeks ago and windows 10 started causing small issues, its not bothering me too much so its not a problem and it doesnt seem to affecting performance

    =-list of issues-=
    1) The start menu is jumbled up when rebooting the system causing stuff like this (recreation)

    (recreation)

this is what it normally looks like (reference)

2)it sometimes causes issues like this:

    https://i.redd.it/i2ui16v8owa61.gif

i dont know any fixes and ive made sure my windows is fully updated to the last version

These issues do not occur consistently most of the time and i think it occurs less when i "restart" than it happens when i "shut down" any help would be very nice and yes ive done the basic trouble shooting for windows files (stuff like sfc scan)

tysm for any help you can provide Ɛ>

  3. Windows 10 Start menu issue

yeah I've been less than happy with the start menu also.
for me I for me I get freezes in start menu, especialy returning from sleep...which reminds me sleep is such a pain in the butt since I switch to Windows 10. Either waking up on its own, or system freezes when recovering from sleep

Stardock was a nice switch from vanilla, but i wasnt gonna buy it and 30 days goes by quick.

    Windows 10 Start menu issue

Ive always had issues with the start menu. Pin to start sometimes doesn't work. Now I cant move the icons. And the right click menu sticks. If I do manage to move one it disappears on to reappear later.
Love 10 other than that. Whats the deal? I would like to organize my icons. Ive tried tablet mode too

Another thing it does when I first restart its bright. Then if I try to move something it dims
