Windows 10: Windows start problem

So, this started a couple months ago. I was playing a game downloaded from steam and I paused the game, and pressed win + d shortcut to desktop and i wanted to go to chrome to search something. Then my game suddenly froze and just went black. I couldn't close it or anything. Then I think I pressed the power button on my laptop to shut down my laptop. Then when I turned it on again, and put my mouse on the task bar, my mouse was just loading. I couldn't open start menu or do any windows shortcuts or click any windows icons. After couple of minutes I could open chrome and then watch some videos in youtube. After about 15 minutes, I could do anything properly. I didn't care much. But now, a couple months later, i regurarly just started my computer, and now im having the same rigmarole every time I open my computer. I can open task manager, and restart or even stop the windows explorer, but nothing changes. And when I press like Microsoft store, it just freezes and takes like 5 mins to get there. Please help me!

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
