Windows 10: Windows start to stutter, sound gets junky both in and out

Hi !I get some random problems that I rly can't reproduce, first time it started after about 10 minutes of playing sons of the forest and using discord movement skip frames and sound buzzing when happens both from game and the sound for others when I talk, GPU jumping from 80% utilization to 40% back and forth, CPU was fine at @30%, ram normal as well the only thing that was out of the ordinary was the m.2 that went back and forth from 70 to 99% utilisation while nothing was downloading second time was when I fired up a game and tried to record with OBS and the third time started after again

Method 1

I suggest you to follow the steps below to change the windows start up sound.

• 
  Type sounds
  in the control panel.
  
• 
  Click on sounds.
  
• 
  Under program events ,under
  windows just click windows logon.
  
• 
  Enable play start up sounds.
  
• 
  From speech
  select the sound for windows logon.
  
• 
  Click on apply.
  
• 
  Click ok.
  

Method 2

I suggest you to follow the steps below to change the windows log off sound.

• 
  Type sounds in the
  control panel.
  
• 
  Click on sounds.
  
• 
  Under program events ,under
  windows just click windows logoff.
  
• 
  From speech select the sound for
  windows logoff.
  
• 
  Click on apply.
  
• 
  Click ok.
  

If windows logon and logoff options are not available,then in that case you just need to

• 
  Enable play start up sounds.to get the windows start up sound .And by default there will be single sound available for windows logon sound.

Sound stuttering

I tried so many different things the last few days after giving up I came across a post on another website, someone suggested to update the wireless LAN driver.

So far I have had no stuttering of any sound be it music on itunes or netflix.

 

all games crash!

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
