Discus and support Windows start up error and more in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So yesterday i was just watching Youtube and i got an windows update it restarted and i got crash 0xc000021a while i'm trying to fix it need's password...     So yesterday i was just watching Youtube and i got an windows update it restarted and i got crash 0xc000021a while i'm trying to fix it need's password but i never put it the pass never used it or something and i don't know what to do how to remove the password

    Microsoft Windows Error.

    So to start, i just go into control panel to reformat? Or can i just do it straight from Windows?

    Basically what steps do i need to do it?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
