Windows 10: windows start-up & load-up

ever since i got my rtx 2070 super, i7 9700k 32 gb of ram pc, i hv been experiencing slow start-ups (ex: when entering my pw to get on my pc, it takes about 10 secs for the pw input thingy to pop-up)& extremely slow load-up speeds (ex: when getting onto my desktop, everything is slow, opening applications & typing in the search bar, etc.). on the other hand, my dell inspiron laptop is WAY faster than my pc overall (ex: faster at starting up, faster at opening apps, etc.) does anyone know why? tried different methods to fix this, but still no hope. P.S. although u may not kno y, can u pls upvote this post so tht more ppl may see this? thank you!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
