Windows 10: Windows Start up screen

When I start my computer I get a message about the screen resolution. I cant click it, move it or do anything with it. How can I fix this problem?

Black screen after 'Starting Windows' sequence

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
