Windows 10: Windows start up. Task bar is infinitely loading windows settings will not open

Hi,when i start my computer i get the usual log in stuff which works fine but when i get to the desktop i have no task bar I tried doing a system restore which worked for a couple of days but it have done it again now and i have no system restore points and can’t make any due to most of the windows systems not working when i log inThe problem does not persist in safe mode but i dont know how to diagnose the problem other than that.start up repair in recovery mode comes back with “startup repair couldn’t repair your pc”no system restore points and cant make anyi cant get my specs as i dont know

Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?

Step1: End Task the Windows Explorer.

  Open task manager (CRTL+SHIFT+ESC)

  Right-click on windows explorer

  End task (Note: don’t close Task manager)
  
• 
  Click on File > Run new task
  
• 
  Type explorer.exe and press enter
  
• 
  Your search bar should be functional again.
  

Step 2: If Start button is not working then I suggest you to check for the latest updates.

  Press Windows logo key +R, enter
  MS-settings: and then press OK. This opens Settings.
  
• 
  In Settings, go to Update & security >
  Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
  

Step 3: Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. Press Ctrl + Alt+ Delete and select
Sign out. Once you’ve signed out, sign back in to your account.
