    Windows startup and apps/task bar not available/Edge Error Code : 3, 15, 1067


    I think my Dell Vostro 7500 had a windows 11 update overnight. The next day I turn on my computer and it takes forever to login and upon startup I noticed the startup and task/app bar is missing @ the bottom of my screen. Also, I get the error code:Error Code : 3, 15, 1067 when I try to login on MS Edge. I tried restarting/powering off/on several times with no fix. I also tried a "workaround" that I found on here where I entered some code in the cmd screen with no avail. Is this a known Windows 11 Issue or could I have some other problem like a virus? How do I fix this??Thanks in Advance

    Task Scheduler Service won't start Error 1067

    Hi Josiah,

    There are a couple of reasons why the error code 1067 is showing up. For example, some of the system files of the computer went missing or the computer experienced a corruption of data. There could also a value in the registry that needs to be change or
    delete. However, we don't want to assume anything yet until we isolate the concern. Since you've done the DISM.exe command, re-installation, and repairing the Windows OS without removing all of your apps, we suggest that you try to run the task scheduler from
    the command line. Here are the steps on how to do so:

    • Press the Windows icon + X on your keyboard, then choose
      Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Type in Taskschd.msc, then press Enter.
    • Once done, check if an error message will show up.
    If the same error message shows up, we would like to know how did you repair the Windows OS.

    BIOS error codes

    So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

    Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

    Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

    startup not normal, take 15-30 minute to startup the task bar

    startup not normal, take 15-30 minute to startup the task bar, then can start to use the computer. I just upgrade to windows 10

    from windows 7 about two weeks. please help to solve this problem, thanks.
