Windows 10: Windows startup error. HELP!

Hi. I got this error after I update my PC. I try everything. Install Win 10 using USB flash drive, turn off my computer, leave for 10 seconds, nothin happen. The only choice I got is to fully format my 2 hard drives which is the SSD, where I install my OS, and another HDD for movies, games etc and clean install the Windows 10. But before I do that, I want to hear your advice. Is this the correct way to reinstall my OS?

I suggest you to perform the following method and check if that helps:

Method 1:

Perform Startup Repair. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press and hold Shift key and click on
  Restart from login screen.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot.
  
• 
  Select Advanced Options.
  
• 
  Select Startup Repair and follow the on screen instructions.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
