Windows 10: Windows startup problem after some drive change

I shrinked some storage in one drive and attempted to extend the c drive for that I referred a video during reboot I accidentally clicked restart button in cpu now after entering password in login page it's just loading so i searched youtube and tried some methods now after entering it says preparing windows after sometime black screen with cursor pls help me guys. https://youtu.be/Il4c4wwLRdY this is the video I referred And after that I referred this for black screen https://youtu.be/bRu_jSkLPNo again even after this after entering password it's keeps in the welcome screen and even I co

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Pc problem, randomly doesn't turn on sometimes.
