Windows 10: Windows startup

Discus and support Windows startup in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; If I turn on my pc it only gives me two options, either troubleshoot or turn off my pc.     I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

    Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

    You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
