Windows 10: Windows still slow

Hello! I Am a windows 10 pro user. Yesterday I upgraded my RAM from 4 GB to 12 GB but still its doesn't makes a difference except bluestacks does not show that your computer has 4 or less GB RAM and task manager reads 12.anyways chrome takes the some time to open as before. And windows just caches all Free RAM. Nothing is boosting so what's the point of adding more RAM to the computer. like it cost me PKR8000/. and it does nothing? It's like Microsoft bullying us now for spending money on a useless OS that takes all RAM into cache and nothing makes a difference like come on do something for gamers Microsoft. How about Windows GGaming.better perfomance? more features to have. recorder like no other that records in background while using less RAM and maybe a Virtual Android Machine

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
