Windows 10: Windows stop code pc oxc00021a , wont boot without driver signature disabled

For context :7 days ago, I spilled a small bit of coffee in the top vent of my PC, while it was on. I immediately shut it up, and started taking out the GPU. It wasnt soaked, but the HDMI on it got hit, and a couple surface pieces on the MB. I took 7 days to spot clean all those spots with Iso 99 percent, and got it cleaned up really well. Booted it up yesterday after hooking everything up, and it worked perfectly fine all day. This morning, when I went to boot it up again, I ran into a constant BSOD, and restart, with windows stop code pc oxc00021a, being the only log file I had to go with. D

i have a device attached to my surface that does not have driver signatures. therefore i must disable driver signature enforcement everytime i boot. lately, everytime i try to do this i have to input my bitlocker recovery code....it appears win10 does
not allow me to permanently disable the driver signature enforcement...so how can i stop this crazy bitlocker requirement....

To resolve this issue, let's use the command prompt to disable driver signature enforcement permanently on your computer. To disable, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start button.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt and then right-click
  Command Prompt in the results.
• Select Run as Administrator, and then select Yes.
• On the command prompt, enter bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on and press
  Enter.
• Restart your computer.

Note: Doing this step will disable driver signature enforcement permanently and will make your computer vulnerable to driver issues.

driver signature enforcement permanently, you can follow the steps below:

• Open an elevated Command Prompt. To do this, press the Windows
  key, type Command Prompt, press right click on the
  Command Prompt and select Run
  as administrator.
• Type or paste the following:
  
  bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on
  
• Restart your computer.
