Windows 10: Windows stop code

Hello, my computer crash recently and now all it does is preparing automatic update in loop. Ive tried going into command prompt and reseting it through there folloing bootrec commands, hard reset, and more. I cant get my computer into safe mode. It’s just stuck on on that one thing. It pops up windows.com stop code. Please help

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
