Windows 10: Windows Stopped Working, Bugcheck 0x000000a0

Hi all,I've been experiencing an issue recently that when I wake my PC from sleep it will instead boot as if it had been shut down. Looking at the reliability monitor I can see that "Windows stopped working", "Shut down unexpectedly", and "Windows was not properly shut down". (BSOD) bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

I've recently built a new PC with a MSI Mortar MAX motherboard, Ryzen5 3600X processor, Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x8 GB) RAM, Corsair RM 650x 80Plus Gold Power Supply, Crusial MX500 1Tb ssd drive and a MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1660 SUPER graphics card.

The system runs on Windows 10 x64.

Although it was running without problems for the first month or so, I recently starting experiencing random failures during boot: during boot, the system will stay "frozen" on the motherboard logo and will not log into Windows. However, after I keep the
power button pressed to force shut down and then I restart, everything looks ok and I can log into Windows.

The problem happens randomly, but mostly during the first boot early in the morning.

The system has the latest windows updates and all devices ave up-to-date drivers.

Event Viewer shows the following message:
