    Windows stops responding sometimes.


    Hello.I have had issues for a while on both Windows 10 and 11 where suddenly the system goes gradually more unresponsive until it freezes completely. When it starts I will notice for example a website not loading or a Youtube video stops to make some examples. If I then try to close the browser often it will not close. Start menu still opens and I try to open task manager which will open but freeze often with a white window with no content. If I try to restart the PC the normal way it will sit at shutdown screen until I press restart button.It does not happen very often, no more than once a da

    try the card in another machine is all i can suggest now. If it works in that one but not urs then obviously the card is not compatible with your motherboard. Last resort is to tell Asus to go suck on donkey balls and get a different make of board

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
