  1. Windows Storage Space shows a lot less room on my space than I am using!

I had a 8 drive pool, each drive was 6 TB. I have two 6 drive enclosures and since I cannot change the cluster size I could not expand my pool to 12 drives. So I moved data and now I have two 6 drive pools goal is that if an enclosure fails I can just switch my most important 6 drive pool to my other enclosure. Now my Z drive shows almost full and it shouldn't be, as follows ...Reading from the top down in Manage Storage Spaces ...Storage Pool----------------Using 30.2 TB of 32.7 TB pool capacity ... on the right side : Low capacity; add drivesStorage Spaces -------------Z New Z:Two

    :)

Show storage space in This PC

I can't get This PC to show the storage space bars for my drives and I've done all that's been suggested in this thread.
Any ideas why I might not be able to make the storage space bars show?

Thank you very much for your reply.

You don't show a screenshot, so I am uncertain to which part of the process of creating a storage space you are referring. I pointed you to the tutorials. I now provide you with a screenshot of part of one of them, which shows a warning which might be what you are referring to.

Your question about double storage / redundancy appears to relate to the normal operation of storage spaces once configured, so seems obscure.

My impression is that few here have used storage spaces.
