Windows 10: Windows Store and other apps gone, cant get them back.

Hi All,

I used the following commands in powershell to remove the store and all its components because I didnt think they would be needed:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxProvisionedPackage -online | Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage -online

Get-appxpackage Microsoft.Windows.CloudExperienceHost | remove-appxpackage

However it turns out I need to get microsoft sticky notes back. I have tried a bunch of things to fix this including runinng various poweshell commands to reinstall it all which all result in errors. When trying to use the app store, selecting 'Get' this happens:

I have now completly reinstalled Windows 10 assuming this would get everything back and its still the same! Its like its totally vanished, However this time selcting 'Get' from the store does not result in an error, however nothing happens. This is very fustrating. I can only assume one of those commands has done some deep cleansing of the machine and its now like this forever.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

There could be a corruption with the Windows Store. Try restarting the computer once and check.

If the issue persist, I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache and check.
WSReset.exe is a troubleshooting tool designed to reset the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.
Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
