    Windows Store and Services missing for only one user


    I recently setup a user in AD, changed licenses to match their new position. We use MS 365 Admin to assign licenses and some apps, along with global groups in AD for shared drives and some internal site access.Everything was working fine until I got a request to install "OneNote for Windows 10" on the users PC I know they can use OneNote 2016 but his whole team uses the requested version. I walked them through the process of going to the MS Store and installing it, but they couldn't find it. Remoted onto the workstation and it wasn't available. I logged in as myself and as Local Admin, both
