    Create another user account with exactly the same privileges as this one > login to it and see if the same problem persists.
    If no problem in new account, then it would indicate that your old account is corrupted.
    Use the new account for a few days.
    If no issues, then go back to the old account > backup your personal files you want to keep > delete the corrupted account.
